Hilla Steinert  collected wishes on the Neumarkt in Dresden and interwove them with nature. Previously she harvested grass on the banks of the Elbe. From this grass and the written down wishes evolves a string, a ball, concentrated wish potential…

May the power of the wishes and the work on their fulfillment fructify and enrich the city and its society!

The braid is a symbol for the positive wishes of Dresden`s human population.

It stands for peaceful, tolerant and respectful interaction in everyday life, where a vivid together of all human beings can unfold and may continue being alive.
