DUMPLING WITH GRAVY

 

Dumpling with gravy is a typical Franconian dish.

It is the small version of the traditional Sunday roast, which fills the stomach as well, still containing the full taste and sensuality.

The special thing about Franconian dumplings is the the crisp roasted bread, called "Bröckerle", maybe translated as "little pieces", inside.

The actual culinary pleasure of this dish is the mixture of dumplings with the gravy.

DUMPLING WITH GRAVY is the absolutely realistic transformation into body language. I was flowing around the dumpling, while Harri offers surprises from the inside.
